How to maintain the equipment when it is out of service to reduce the occurrence of failures

Stainless steel vacuum oil filter is used to filter out impurities, moisture other substances in the oil, to purify the quality of crude oil improve the service life of the equipment.

The working principle of the stainless steel vacuum oil filter is to separate the slag the oil by the centrifugal force of the high-speed rotating drum to achieve solid-liquid separation; then through the heater, the water in the oil is evaporated. So how to maintain the stainless steel vacuum oil filter when it is out of service to reduce the failure?

1. The condenser heater of the stainless steel vacuum oil filter should be cleaned regularly, otherwise it will affect the efficiency shorten the equipment life.

2. When the equipment is in use, drain the dirty oil in the vacuum pump inject new oil to prevent the dirty oil corroding the equipment. But when we don't use the equipment in winter, we must drain the oil in the vacuum pump to prevent the temperature being too low freezing the equipment.

3. After working in the outdoor low-temperature environment, the water stored in the vacuum pump to the condenser must be drained to prevent damage to the equipment due to low-temperature freezing.

4. When the running equipment needs to be interrupted, the operation of the oil pump should be stopped 5 minutes after the heating power is disconnected to prevent the partial oil in the oil circuit decomposing generating hydrocarbon gas.
