Agent Requirements

1. Applicants must be legally registered with the State Administration for Industry and Commerce and possess corporate legal person status, with a fixed business location.

2. Applicants must have a good business reputation and corporate image, with no negative records.

3. Applicants must have an established local sales network and distribution channels, along with strong market development capabilities.

4. Applicants must have at least two years of experience in the automotive parts or agricultural machinery parts distribution industry.

5. Applicants must have an annual sales volume of at least RMB 500,000 for similar products.

6. Applicants must strictly comply with the distribution agreement and ensure sales performance.

Documents Required for Regional Agent Application

1. Business license, organization code certificate, tax registration certificate, copy of the legal representative’s ID, and a stamped company seal (must match the registered name on the business license).

2. A local market development plan.

3. Detailed company information (consistent with the business license registration), including address, name, postal code, phone number, fax, and email.
