Maintenance of hydraulic components:

When using the machine tool for operation, clean the filter every three months and check the oil level in the oil tank, and clean the oil tank every six months. During the major overhaul of the machine tool, it is necessary to check the wear of each sealing ring between the hydraulic superimposed valve group and the connecting parts, and replace them in time.


2. Common Faults and Troubleshooting methods of Machine tool hydraulic systems:

(1) The oil pump does not supply oil and the oil delivery volume is significantly reduced:

Reason: The oil pump motor is reversing. The fuel level in the fuel tank is insufficient. The suction pipe is clogged. The oil pump is damaged.

Troubleshooting method: Change the wiring of the oil pump motor, check the oil level, remove dirt, and repair the oil pump.


(2) Insufficient system pressure:

Reason: There is a significant leakage at the joint of the hydraulic cylinder pipeline. The valve core is stuck. The oil distribution pan of the oil pump is damaged. The sealing ring of the oil pump is damaged. The damping hole of the pressure reducing valve is blocked.

Troubleshooting method: Inspect and repair the oil pump and pressure reducing valve, and tighten the pipe joints.


(3) The system is noisy:

Reason: The oil pump blades are stuck and inflexible. The oil pump sucks in air; The suction pipe and the filter are clogged. Valve vibration


Troubleshooting method: Expel air, clean the suction pipe and filter, and inspect and repair the oil pump and valve.
