The brake master cylinder should add brake oil to the oil cup in an appropriate amount, step on the brake pad, about 2/3 of the stroke, back and forth several times, with a distance of 5 seconds each time (depending on the situation, it can be adjusted appropriately according to work experience), and try to fill the master cylinder chamber with brake oil as much as possible. For forklifts, this can be adjusted through the sub cylinder.

When connecting the brake master cylinder oil pressure pipeline (please pay attention to whether the brake oil pipe joint and the master cylinder outlet thread standard are the same), it is necessary to check the sealing joint between the master cylinder and the connecting oil pipe.

Step on the brake pedal multiple times, with a distance of 5 seconds each time (depending on work experience), and exhaust the air inside the master cylinder and the slave cylinder at the release screw until no bubbles emerge. It is necessary to exhaust completely (some master cylinders do not have release screws, so exhaust can be done on the slave cylinder).

Adjust the clearance between the brake pads and brake drums, as well as the stroke of the master cylinder and sub cylinder, and add an appropriate amount of brake oil to the oil cup.

If there is even a small pressure difference between the two sides of the diaphragm, due to the large area of the diaphragm, a large thrust will still be generated to push the diaphragm towards the side with lower pressure. The vacuum booster system can also control the vacuum level entering the booster while braking, thereby causing the diaphragm to move, and through the linkage device, the pusher on the diaphragm is used to assist manual stepping and pushing of the brake pedal.
